At AmKnown, we stand by the quality of our work. However, due to the custom and digital nature of our services, we have the following policy.
One-time services
(Audits, listing optimization, design, keyword research, reinstatement, etc.)
- No refunds after the service has been delivered or work has started.
- Full refund possible only if we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
Ongoing management services
(PPC optimization, full account management.)
- You may cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts.
- No refunds for partial months already billed.
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month only if no meaningful work has been performed.
How to request a refund
Send your request to connect@amknown.com within the allowed period with your order details. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
