Services

AmKnown provides Amazon FBA consulting services including audits, listing optimization, PPC management, design services, keyword research, and full account management.

Payments and refunds

One-time services are payable upfront.
Ongoing management services are billed monthly.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund policy.
We charge fixed retainers only. We do not take any percentage of your ad spend.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the necessary access (ASINs, reports, seller central access, etc.) for us to deliver the services you have engaged us for.

Limitation of liability

AmKnown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
